Meister is the Nervous Cook.
She lives, cooks and eats (most of the time) in New York City, where she's also a coffee professional and a writer: As the latter she's contributed to the Boston Globe, the Washington Post, Serious Eats, Slashfood.com, and Barista Magazine, among other publications.
She loves Judy Garland, the color green, and that early mornings in Manhattan often smell like fresh-baked garlic bagels.
Nearly all the recipes featured on TNC yield 3 servings (two for dinner, one for tomorrow's lunch), unless otherwise specified. Attempts are always made to give credit where credit is due, and except where noted all photographs are property of the Nervous Cook.
